The families do. Each season they tell us what a piece is worth — accounting for materials, hours, and the income they want for the work. We build our margin on top, openly.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo? +
Close, but not identical. Each piece is handmade — stones differ, weaves have their own tension. That's the point. You're buying something real, not a factory product.
How long does shipping take? +
Orders ship within 3 business days. US delivery: 5–8 days. Europe: 7–12 days. Rest of world: 10–18 days. Express options at checkout.
What if I want a refund? +
You have 30 days, no questions asked. The family who made it keeps their payment — refunds never affect them. Email us and we'll process it.
